[求助]为什么我的MYSQL不能启动

双硬盘，主盘装winme（C盘），从盘装win2000sp3（D盘），mysql安装在win2000sp3
mysql版本：mysql-4.0.11-gamma-win
安装后不能启动mysql，出现提示：在本地计算机无法启动mysql服务，错误1067，进程意外终止
