在999.CC抢注域名大部分未成功，以下是999.CC在其网站上发布的公告：

1api 的接口全部崩溃，所有显示注册成功的，都由于注册商的系统错误而无效，系统会自动退款。
以下是注册商给我的邮件，公开。希望大家理解。

I see that you are registering a lot of .CO Domains.
Unfortunately none of this is "live" checks at the moment.  The clean up
will take place throughout the course of the day tomorrow.  In the event
that some of these domains should be already registered, then naturally
you will automatically receive a refund.
It is very unfortunate that we could not become accredited ourselves.
