用php刷新特定页面，增加PR.

大家都知道，如果自己的页面需要增加PR值，常见的办法就是自己刷新。但是这样太累了。

下面这段程序适合在php命令行模式下运行(unix,win平台都实用)
用之前请修改php.ini的buffer为0,和设定网页地址，这里面有个技巧，你需要fetch的叶面越小越好。
